This Summer we will be re-running a series of talks at the estate office focusing on a range of subjects with the Estate and Walled Garden at their heart.

Luton Hoo Memorial Park - Howard Chandler  

The story of why 11 acres of the Luton Hoo Estate, next to what became Cutenhoe Road, were given to the people of Luton by Lady Ludlow (Wernher) in 1920, and 100 years of the history of the park created on it.

Location: Luton Hoo Estate Office (Upstairs in the lecture room)

Talks of approximately one hour
