Lockdown can be a difficult time - Look after your mental health during these difficult days

Working in farming can seem isolating, even more so during these difficult times of social distancing, cancelled events  and cold pre Spring days.  You are not alone. 

Now, more than ever, the message is getting out, even into rural communities, 'It is ok not to be ok, and it is good to talk.' 

If you are suffering with your mental health, or you can see someone you work with, or a member of your family struggle, the BBC have put together a great list of agencies, associations and helplines that may be an excellent first step in getting through the darker days on your journey to happier times.
